What is considered "truth" in mapping? This course will look at historical, artistic, and poetic mapping projects that challenge conventional Western cartography. We explore critical approaches to maps and think through different geographic experiences, constructions, and imaginaries. Participants will consider questions about borders, boundaries, land, water, and memory, while sampling different geography projects.

When you purchase your course seat please also submit this Application Form. Your enrollment is not reserved unless the Application Form has been received. Thank you!
